These guys know everything about blinds roller shutters awnings etc. I had a retractable awning installed to extend over the pool, amazing job everybody comments on it. It provides shade during the hottest hrs of the day. Kenlow, you ROCK!

Very disappointed in my Kenlow awning. To my dismay I listened to the advice of the salesman about the width needed.It’s not wide enough and looks terrible.Being told by salesman & management “I signed off on the order” does not address the issue of wrong advice was given by their salesman. All in all a bad experience.

I bought my shade sail from Kenlow about 10 years ago.It's still looking great!It's just a pity they don't sell them anymore as I now want to put another couple up ! :(Well done for making a quality product that lasts.

Was very disappointed with there customer service.Called 4 different times over 2 week period and all 4 times was told “ we will call you right back”.Still waiting for a call back.Also was told buy a staff member name starting with “D” “ oh that’s right, yep forgot about you, what did you want again”Not a great staff base working there.

Very happy to recommend Kenlow to everyone as they are an honest company with excellent customer service.My wife and I bought a full annex for our caravan from them about 13 months ago, but we recently noticed on a camping trip that the roof tended to sag a bit in the middle if it rained.We contacted Kenlow we we got back from our trip and they arranged for a technician to come to our house and fit a couple of extra roof support bars to the annex free of charge.All in all, we are extremely happy with the way they quickly responded and rectified the problem.We highly recommend them.
